HypurrDAO

Our fund for investing in projects in the HyperEVM ecosystem. We aim to be taking significant positions in the space, with a special interest on projects involving the creation, distribution and infrastructure of AI agents on Hyperliquid. 40% of our treasury funds will be allocated towards early-stage investments in promising projects in the Hyperliquid ecosystem. All returns from these projects will be returned to the treasury, and a portion will be redistributed equitably to our holders, allowing them to have exposure to the ecosystem through their investment in HypurrDAO.

Protecting our contributors' capital is of highest priority to us – and our goal is to provide significant yield on their capital while minimizing their risk. We will be executing delta-neutral funding rate arbitrage strategies and trades on the Hyperliquid order book, taking advantage of the incentivized funding rates being offered on their platform relative to other order books and perpetual futures exchanges. All yield collected from these strategies will be returned to our Hyperliquid vault, appreciating the investments of our contributors and holders.

Our AI agent and model will start off as an ecosystem analyst, providing useful and strategic updates on the platform on Twitter and Telegram. As we progress on our roadmap, we intend to transform this agent into an autonomous trading agent for the Hyperliquid platform, training it on strategies and executing trades autonomously with a portion of our treasury funds & setting up our Hyperliquid Vault for holders to choose to be further exposed to our project if they wish. All profits will go back into the Vault, and be redistributed amongst contributors and holders of our native token.

Based on our involvement within the ecosystem, we expect a significant portion of the undistributed supply of $HYPE to be redistributed amongst active users of the platform. We also expect platforms and protocols launched on the HyperEVM to establish their own native airdrop and incentive programs. Our treasury funds will be allocated towards trading, providing liquidity, staking $HYPE and maximising our airdrop allocation from the native Hyperliquid platform as well as projects that are launched on the protocol. We expect to achieve a significant return on our capital through this strategy. All airdrop emissions and incentives will be returned to our treasury.
